Our home marketing assistance makes the most
of your transferees efforts to market and sell their own
homes. Your transferees Relocation Consultant will help them
select qualified real estate brokers, list homes at reasonable
prices and have realistic expectations. REM Management Group is
not affiliated with any real estate franchise.
This allows us to be independent and objective in our selection
of brokers who will best handle the sale of your transferees
home.
With our home marketing assistance, your transferee
will have professional assistance in working effectively
with a qualified real estate broker to develop marketing
strategies that will enhance the salability of their home,
and to evaluate and respond to offers from potential buyers.
REM Management Group will continuously work with the transferees
broker to be sure they are aggressively seeking buyers for
the home as well as working in your transferees best interest.
A successful marketing strategy includes a
broker’s market analysis and if necessary, appraisals
on the property to be sold. The market analysis will help
us develop a successful market strategy by giving us an accurate
property description, exterior appeal, interior condition,
location and comparable sales within the area. This will
allow us to give advice on improving or changing the condition
of the property to make it more appealing and sale ready.
REM Management Group will make an offer to purchase an employee's residence based
upon appraisals from two or more independent appraisers. The appraisals are
averaged to determine fair market value. The employee will have an acceptance
period that is predetermined by their employer's relocation policy. The employee
may accept the offer during their acceptance period or continue to market their
residence in an attempt to obtain a higher offer from an outside purchaser (see
Amended Value Sale).
If an employee has received a Guaranteed Purchase Offer from REM Management Group,
the employee may continue to market the residence to see if a higher price can
be obtained. If an outside purchaser makes a bona fide offer to purchase the
residence at a price above the appraised value, REM will amend its
offer to match the offer from the resale purchaser. The employee then sells the
residence to REM and we execute a contract with the
resale purchaser.
The Buyer Value Option is similar to an Amended Value Sale, except no
Guaranteed Purchase Offer is given to the employee. The residence remains on
the market for sale until a bona fide offer to purchase is received from an outside
buyer. Once an acceptable offer has been received, REM Management Group will make an
offer to purchase the residence at price established by the resale purchaser.

REM Management
Group will coordinate
all phases of the household goods move from beginning to
end. This service will include, scheduling all phases of
the move, coordination of shipments from origin to destination,
monitoring of shipments from origin to destination, claim
resolution, complete audit of move related invoices and scheduling
of any third party services needed.
We have developed partnerships with proven
transportation carriers. We have contracted with these carriers
to offer discounted rates on behalf of our corporate clients
and utilize the carriers, which we feel are best suited for
each client’s specific needs.
Because REM Management Group monitors this process
from beginning to end and is in constant contact with your
transferee, we are able to virtually eliminate any problems
that may arise. This also allows your transferees the opportunity
to put their trust in an unbiased person to oversee the move
process.
This service is very similar to the household
goods moving services. We will pursue the most cost
effective means to relocate your transferees vehicles and/or
boat. We will compare prices with car carriers, boat
carriers as well as household goods movers to acquire the
best price.
As with the household goods, we will oversee
the entire process from beginning to end. This service
includes scheduling of the vehicle transportation, coordination
from origin to destination, claim resolution and a complete
audit of invoices
Whether your transferee is a homeowner or a
renter, REM Management Group will provide you and your transferees
with an analysis of the origin and destination communities.
