Our home finding assistance program is much more than a
referral to a real estate broker in the destination area.
The program is to assist the transferee in finding a home
in the new area and to help the transferee and their family
become familiar, and comfortable, with the community as soon as possible. This
also assists our corporate clients in reducing costs for
house-hunting trips.
Your transferees Relocation Consultant will obtain the transferees
housing needs, likes, dislikes, priorities in seeking housing,
what price range the employee would like to stay within,
as well as interests or activities the transferee and their
family may have. This will allow us to select a real estate
broker who is familiar with the destination area, the relocation
process, has access to inventory on homes for sale in the
area and best suited to meet the transferees needs. Prior
to the first house-hunting trip, the Relocation Consultant,
transferee and the broker will prepare a tentative agenda
of homes meeting the transferees requirements.
Note: At either your request or the
transferees request, REM Management Group can arrange for the
services of a buyer broker.
REM Management Group will provide information to your transferees
regarding their new community. This profile will include
general information as well as information about physicians,
dentists, financial institutes, etc. ..
Whether your transferee is a homeowner or a renter, REM Management Group will provide comparisons of your transferees origin and destination
communities. These comparisons will include crime rates,
school systems, housing availability, etc. ..
Our rental assistance program is designed to assist your
transferees in finding rental accommodations in the new area.
This program is implemented in the same way as that of homeowners.
Your transferees Relocation Consultant will obtain the family’s
needs, likes, dislikes, preferred amenities, preferred location
and price range. This will allow us to screen rental options before planning
a rental finding agenda that is responsive to your transferees
wants and needs.
Temporary housing can be a critical relocation need for
many corporate transferees. We can provide fully furnished
housing virtually anywhere across the nation at thousands
of city and suburban locations. REM Management Group will look at the most cost effective option for your company, whether it be fully furnished housing or renting an apartment and furniture.
Most of these communities have amenities such as pools,
whirlpool, tennis, racquetball, fitness centers and clubhouses.
Some communities are associated with golf clubs and many
locations can accommodate families with young children and
pets.
We can help your transferee choose a location,
whether it is close to work, public transportation, or where
they plan to permanently relocate. A tour can be arranged
prior to the move-in to insure the location and community
meets their satisfaction.

Group offers access to several lenders with programs specifically for relocating employees. Your transferees will enjoy an array of loan programs, expedient pre-approval and pre-qualification letters.
The mortgage lender usually requires an appraisal at destination.
An appraisal can also keep your transferee from overpaying
for their destination property, discover any existing or
potential structural defects and can identify any unfavorable
conditions of the property.
REM Management Group can arrange for an independent appraisal
of the destination property as soon as we are notified by
your transferee and/or their real estate broker of a prospective
new home.
