are the keys to a successful relocation program. REM Management Group has designed our relocation program to
maximize communication and response to our clients and
their transferees.
Each corporate client is assigned
their own Relocation Consultant. This consultant
is the single point of contact throughout the entire relocation
process for both the client and the transferee. The concept
of a single point of contact enables consistent administration
of relocation benefits while minimizing any
chance of miscommunication.
REM Management Group will take on
the responsibility of coordinating our clients relocations.
As soon as we are notified of a planned relocation, the
Relocation Consultant calls the transferee. We will work
with the transferee to determine what services are needed
and explain the details of preparing for the relocation
while encouraging the transferee to contact us at any time
to discuss any questions or concerns.
Once we have established the
needs of the transferee and their family, we will begin
the relocation process. In our eyes, each relocation is
a single occurrence and we provide each transferee and
their family with personalized service. We will make all
of the necessary arrangements, based on their individual
needs as, well as provide basic information and instructions.
We will also keep in constant
contact with our clients Human Resources department to
keep them on top of each and every relocation. Relocation
is too critical to be just left to anyone: this is why
we go the extra mile to exceed expectations and to provide
the best performance available - without exception.
REM Management Group manages all
final activities to conclude the relocation successfully,
including customer contact and service evaluation. After
completion, a survey will be sent to the transferee to
measure satisfaction of all relocation related items. These
surveys drive our service evaluation, which sets the precedence
for future performance excellence. A copy of each survey
is sent to our client for their review.
